Tylor Bordelon Seaman CFA, CFP®, MBA

Tylor is an alumnus of the University of Texas Austin, where he completed the Plan II Honors program for his undergraduate degree and earned his Masters of Business Administration in 2011. His commitment to lifelong learning is evident through his past role on the Advisory Board for the University of Texas's College of Undergraduate Studies. Beyond the boardroom, Tylor finds balance as a loving husband and the proud father of two beautifully chaotic young daughters.
His version of the Good Life centers on self-awareness, care for others, and striving to improve as a human being a little bit every day.

Matthew Jachimiak CFA, CAIA, MBA
Chief Investment Officer
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering and petroleum refining from the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Colo. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, with a concentration in finance as well as a specialization in investment management. While at the University of Texas, Matt served as a member of the MBA Investment Fund, LLC. Matt is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder (CFA) and has earned the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation (CAIA). He is also currently a board member of the CFA Society of Austin.
When he isn’t at work, Matt loves watching college football (he is extremely competitive), spending time with his kids and dogs, and working out. He hopes to visit Italy someday to experience its beauty, amazing culture, and people.
Ashley Kilgust CFP®
Chief Culture Officer
Prior to Durbin Bennett Private Wealth Management, she served as a Wealth Advisor at IberiaBank in New Orleans, La. In that role, she focused on creating comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth individuals. This included working with clients’ other advisors to create holistic solutions that informed portfolio implementation. Ashley earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Texas A&M University and her Master of Science in family financial planning from the University of Alabama. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.
Ashley is a proud mom of two (very) lively boys. When she's not navigating the joys and challenges of motherhood, you can find her running around Zilker Park, listening to live music, and savoring the simple pleasures of life in Austin.
Richard Bennett CFP®, CPA
Founding Partner
Prior to co-founding Durbin Bennett in 1987, Rick was a Tax Manager in the Austin, Texas office of Price Waterhouse Coopers, serving as Director of Financial Services.
Rick previously held the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Certified Public Accountant with a Personal Financial Specialist credential. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Public Accountants, the Estate Planning Council of Central Texas and the International Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. (CFP Board). Rick graduated from The McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and participates in a variety of community and professional activities.
In his free time, Rick enjoys golf and cycling. A little-known fact about Rick? His father was the Concert Master of the Houston Symphony.
Kathryn Brown
Partner
Prior to joining Durbin Bennett Private Wealth Management, Kat began her professional career in the financial services industry at Goldman Sachs in Houston, Texas. She collaborated with an eight-person team managing $4 billion in assets to provide institutions, foundations, and ultra-high net worth individuals with tailored asset allocation solutions and portfolio management. Kat was responsible for the execution of daily operations involving the implementation of investment-related transactions, preparation of performance reviews, compliance initiatives, client on-boarding, and asset transfers. After leaving Goldman Sachs, Kat served as an Investor Relation Senior Associate for Vida Capital, a multi-billion dollar alternative asset manager specializing in non-correlated investment strategies, where she primarily managed the due diligence process for both prospective and existing institutional investors.
Kat holds a Series 7 General Securities License and a Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law license. She attended the University of Texas at Austin where she obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance.
Kat is proud to have gotten to ring the New York Stock Exchange opening bell not once, but twice. In her spare time, Kat enjoys running around Town Lake, learning how to cook, and keeping up with the most popular TV shows (her guilty pleasure is The Bachelor!).
Paul Lueb CFP®

Paul has a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Texas at Austin and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.
Paul is a University of Texas sports fan and has a deep passion for food, wine, and craft beer experiences. Fun fact! Paul once spent two months on the Big Island in Hawaii with his brother on sabbatical.
Angela Smith CFP®
Partner
Prior to joining Durbin Bennett Private Wealth Management, Angela worked for seven years as a Financial Advisor at a large independent wealth management firm outside of Dallas. In that role, she oversaw a variety of functions including completing client reviews and financial plans, managing a team of service representatives, serving on the investment committee, and implementing the investment strategy for each client of the firm. Above all, she was instrumental in ensuring a positive client experience.
Angela graduated from The University of Texas at Austin, holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, and has previously served on the board for Destination Imagination and Young Business Leaders.
A little known fact about Angela? She likes to create floral arrangements! She also enjoys playing tennis, boating, and traveling, and her Netflix account is most likely streaming The Office.
Kevin Tiernan CIMA
Partner
Prior to joining Durbin Bennett Private Wealth Management, He served as a Regional Director at Dimensional Fund Advisors. He worked with Institutional and Wealth Management clients in investment due diligence, asset allocation decisions and business strategy planning. Prior to working at Dimensional, Kevin held similar roles at BlackRock and Cantor Fitzgerald in New York.
Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware in both Economics & Political Science. He also holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA) designation from the Wharton School of Business.
When not in the office, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, coaching youth sports and planning their next family trip (always open to suggestions!)
Fred Frey CFP®, CPA
Advisory
His portfolio management approach focuses on a combination of discipline and the perspective of experience. He takes a great deal of personal satisfaction from helping turn his clients’ “money worries” into solutions so they can enjoy doing the things they truly love.
A graduate of the University of Virginia, Fred spent five years in the US Navy as an A-6 Bombardier/Navigator. He also holds a graduate degree from Old Dominion University.
Fred has served on a number of Austin area charitable boards and committees. He is currently involved with Austin Shakespeare and TRC High Performance.
When he’s not advising clients, Fred can be found rowing on Lady Bird Lake with the Texas Rowing Center’s masters rowing team or somewhere off traveling with his wife, Julie.
Janie Richards CFP®

Prior to joining Durbin Bennett Private Wealth Management, Janie began her professional career in the financial services industry at Kestra Financial (formerly NFP Advisor Services). She served in a number of roles, most recently as an Account Operations Manager, supervising a team of 60 account services specialists who were responsible for all aspects of account establishment and maintenance. Previously, she served as a Client Experience Specialist for Kestra, where she focused on developing and implementing solutions for a world-class client experience.
Janie currently holds a Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law license, and previously held a Series 7 General Securities License and a Series 24 General Securities Principal license. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in southwest studies, with additional focuses in urban studies and Spanish, from Colorado College.
Janie is an Austin native who is active in her Far South Austin community. She and her husband spend their days chasing after two rambunctious boys and cleaning up after their pack of rescue dogs. In her spare time, Janie is passionate about educating young people as a volunteer financial mentor, working with local animal rescues, and expressing her creativity through various handicrafts.

Jordan has been in the industry since 2015. Prior to joining Durbin Bennett, Jordan advised on $1 billion in assets at Charles Schwab here in Austin, TX. He spent those 5 years working with clients to ensure their financial success through planning, investment management and banking solutions. He was consistently recognized as a key contributor for how he helped both his clients and teammates through his time. Prior to joining Charles Schwab, Jordan held similar roles in his hometown of San Diego.
Jordan graduated from San Diego State University with a dual degree in finance and economics. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CFP® professional, a Certified Private Wealth Advisor®, CPWA® professional, and a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor®, CRPC® professional. He also holds his Series 7 & 66 licenses.
Jordan loves to spend his time golfing, going to sporting events, and trying restaurants around Austin with his wife, Ryann. Like many others, he also always has his sights set on that next big trip! As a member of the Young Men’s Business League, he plays a key role in the fundraising for the Austin Sunshine Camps which serves underprivileged youth across Texas.

Bianca Aryal

Prior to joining Maslow, Bianca worked at Charles Schwab on the trading desk. Driven by her passion for building genuine connections with clients, she transitioned to an advisory role. Bianca's career journey reflects her commitment to delivering a personalized experience and a creative approach to financial planning.
In November 2023, Bianca and her husband welcomed their baby girl, Alina. Outside of work she enjoys traveling with her family and exploring outdoor patios around Austin with her dog.
Isaac Thompson CAIA
Investments
Prior to joining Maslow Wealth, Isaac worked at Moontower Partners, an Austin-based investment office focused on alternative assets. While there, he developed and implemented the investment strategy and oversaw the strategic direction of the company. He began his career at Woods Capital, a private equity firm focused on distressed real estate and structured transactions.
Isaac has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas Christian University (TCU).
In his spare time, Isaac loves to camp and hike with his wife and dog. He also enjoys college football, golf, biking, and any other excuse to be outside.
Alexandra Russell
Operations
Prior to joining Durbin Bennett, Alexandra began her professional career at UBS Investment Bank in Houston, Texas. She served as an Associate Director on the Acquisitions & Divestiture (A&D) Team which offered a full spectrum of technical, financial and industry expertise to clients in the Oil and Gas sector. During her tenure at UBS, Alexandra was directly involved in the execution of over $4 billion in energy transactions across every major U.S. basin. Alexandra coordinated with the team’s engineers, geologists and Managing Directors to ensure a smooth execution for her clients. As a leading member of the execution team, Alexandra was an integral part of the A&D process from the initial pitch through bid negations and deal closure.
Alexandra held a Series 79 Investment Banking Representative License and a Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent License at UBS. She currently holds a Series 65 Uniform Invest Advisor License. She is excited to pivot her refined skills from UBS towards assisting Durbin Bennett’s clientele.
Alexandra attended the University of Texas at Austin where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies – Corporate Communications and a Business Foundations certificate.
Outside of the office, Alexandra enjoys cooking, walking with her husband and black lab (“June”), exercising and spending time on Lake Travis. Alexandra is passionate about helping others and after her recent move to Austin is eager to get involved in the community.
Dianne Wade
Operations
In her previous position, Dianne was Operations Manager at Enclave Advisors, LLC where she provided client support and oversaw the day-to-day operations of the office. Prior to joining Enclave, Dianne worked as the Executive Assistant to the Director of Client Development for McVean Trading & Investments, LLC in Memphis, TN. While there she organized a yearly, three-day client event which included arranging travel, booking speakers and planning activities. Previous to McVean Trading, she was the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Alternative Investment Strategies.
Dianne currently holds the Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law license and previously held the Series 3 National Commodities Futures license while working in the commodity industry. In her spare time, you can find Dianne running around Town Lake and spending time with her family.
Taylor Bennett
Operations
Prior to joining Durbin Bennett Private Wealth Management, Taylor worked as a Festivals Accounting Specialist at C3 Presents LLC, a subsidiary of Live Nation Entertainment Inc. She joined C3 at the peak of the acquisition in 2015, aiding and overseeing the transition and increased demands of a public company and financial regime. During her four years with C3, she traveled across the United States, where she worked onsite to serve the vast financial needs that go into producing mass festivals. This experience provided her with a strong accounting platform to jumpstart her finance career.
Taylor graduated with High Honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in economics.
In her free time, Taylor loves seeking out live music (easy to do in the Live Music Capital of the World!) and exploring Town Lake and the greenbelt. Tiff’s Treats is her weakness, but who doesn’t love a batch of warm cookies?
Carla Aguilar
Operations
Prior to joining Durbin Bennett Private Wealth Management, Carla worked as a client services associate at Beacon Trust Company, a subsidiary of Provident Bank in New Jersey. She collaborated with a team of 12 advisors managing over $3 billion in assets. In this role, Carla performed several operations and client service activities to fulfill the needs of high-net-worth individuals. She was also in charge of a large M&A integration project as well as the implementation and monitoring of new processes to deliver a more efficient service experience.
Carla started her career in the financial industry as a client services assistant for the Latam team of a private bank in New York City. She acted as a client liaison between the credit, investments, and IT departments. In addition, Carla handled multiple types of money movement transactions, account maintenance and educated new and existent clients on firm products and services.
Carla is fluent in both English and Spanish and holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from Tecnologico de Monterrey in Mexico with additional coursework in business management from the University of Miami. In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants (and trucks), cooking, exploring Austin, and spending time with her energetic rescue pup.
Brianna Pearcy
Operations
Prior to joining the team, she was the Operations Coordinator at Ballard Global where she developed the standard operating procedures for multiple teams across their Austin and Miami offices. She oversaw the investor portal, including client onboarding, drafting key documents, and creating training programs for team members. She brings extensive experience in optimizing workflows systems.
Bri is an animal lover who values family deeply and cherishes the time spent with loved ones.
Kimberly Corser

Formerly a Deposit Relationship Bank Officer at Horizon Bank, Kim played a vital role in ensuring the intricate details of banking operations were executed with precision. Kim's journey began at Texas A&M University, where she laid the foundation for her career in the financial sector. Post-graduation, she showcased her commitment and comprehensive understanding of deposit operations, providing top-notch service to clients. She contributed significantly to managing portfolios totaling more than $500 Million in assets, showcasing her attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-notch service. Kim's duties extended beyond deposit relationships, encompassing a range of responsibilities including expertise in treasury services. She continues to bring a wealth of experience and expertise to Maslow Wealth, with a reputation for building lasting connections and a commitment to client satisfaction.
In her free time, Kim is a self-proclaimed foodie, always seeking out the next culinary adventure. Her love for exploring extends beyond the dining table, as she enjoys traveling, with a special affinity for Ireland. Celebrating her Irish heritage as the Texas Rose of Tralee, Kim finds joy in exploring the country's rich culture and traditions, especially Irish Dance and music.
Mia Garland

Outside of work, Mia enjoys exploring Austin and being outdoors, whether it's running or practicing yoga. Originally from Richmond, Virginia, she’s excited to embrace all that her new city has to offer.
